A full line of Jams, Jellies and preserves are produced to the highest standards, using select domestic and imported fruits and juices. All products are vacuum processed in a State-of-the-Art facility.
Available formulas include a full range of Grade A "Fancy" First Label product, as well as quality lines of intermediate and generic grade products. Our packaging includes cloor coordinated closures on Jars, as well as tamper evident "Safety Buttons."
Apple Butter is produced from fresh apples, and seasoned with a delicious combination of aromatic spices. Six varieties of Low-Sugar Fruit Spreads are available for the calorie conscious consumers, including Grape, Strawberry, Red Raspberry, Apricot, Peach and Blackberry.
SYRUPS AND SAUCES
Pancake & Waffle Syrups, including both Imitation and 2% Maple formulas, are available in a wide range of packaging. Plastic containers are offered with push/pull dispenser closures and color coordinated tamper-evident bands, as well as regular closures
A reduced calorie "Lite" Syrup, comparable to the leading national brand, is also available, as well as such custom formulas as "Butter Pecan."
Light and Dark Corn Syrup, comparable to the "Karo" brand items, are available in both retail and food service packages.
We offer a range of Barbecue Sauces, duplicating many of the leading national brands. We can also produce customer formulations as well.
MUSTARDS AND VINEGARS
Clements Foods offers traditional Yellow Mustard, as well as Specialty Mustards including a German Style, spicy brown and Horseradish. All are produced from the finest ingredients, and stone ground in exclusive "Triple Grinding" process which assures the finest in texture and consistency.
Distilled White and Apple Cider vinegars are produced from the finest natural ingredients. No petroleum based products are used in out vinegar. Specialty Vinegars included Tarragon and Burgundy Wine flavored, as well as Apple Cider Flavored, are also available.
SALAD DRESSING PRODUCTS
Mayonnaise, Spoonable Salad Dressing and Sandwich Spread are produced in both retail and Food Service Packages. In September, 1991 Clements Foods Company commissioned a State-of-the-Art Salad Dressing production facility which incorporates the latest in continuous and computerized bach processing.
Formulations, in both regular and reduced calorie varieties, are available to duplicate the major national brands. Generic and custom formulations are also available.
All retail packaging included tamper-evident neck bands.
Clements Foods Company also offers a full range of Pourable Dressing, including Regular and Reduced Calorie varieties of all popular flavors.
PEANUT BUTTER
We offer a variety of Peanut Butter formulas to match up with all leading National Brands, as well as custom formulations including a non-stabilized "Natural" product. All nuts are roasted and blanched in out plant to insure the freshest possible flavor.
PET packaging includes a tamper-evident foil liner and color-coordinated closures.
